As a professional school based Speech Pathologist, Jazzmyn had the privilege of working with parents, educators, and young people as a team to develop innovative solutions to improve mental health support for young people. Through collaborative efforts, Jazzmyn witnessed a significant improvement in the mental well-being of young people.
By working together and utilising the same tools and language, schools were able to create a cohesive and effective support system. This resulted in a decrease in individual referral rates for young people, as they were able to identify and address mental health issues earlier on, before they escalated.
MBW's approach focuses on preventative measures, with an emphasis on promoting positive mental health and wellbeing. By providing access to the right tools and resources, MBW empowers young people to take control of their mental health and seek help when they need it.
At the heart of our success is a shared commitment to collaboration and communication. We believe that by working together, we can create a more supportive and resilient community, where young people can thrive and reach their full potential in a constructive way.
Join us in our mission to improve mental health support for young people. Mental health is a journey, it is not a destination. Let's work together to build a brighter, healthier future for the next generation.
